Vineeta Joshi
Hi, I’m Vineeta, the founder and lead tutor at Vector Minds Learning Studio.
I’ve always believed that true learning begins when fear ends. As a gold-medallist in Mathematics from Delhi University, with a Master’s in Computer Science from Pune University and now pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Cybersecurity at the University of Canberra, I bring both academic rigour and real-world experience to my teaching.
After spending over 15 years in the corporate IT world, I followed my calling to education. Since 2016, I’ve been tutoring students in Australia, helping them not just learn mathematics - but feel comfortable, confident, and curious about it.
Over the years, I’ve seen students walk in feeling overwhelmed or fearful of maths. One of my greatest joys is watching them transform that fear into understanding and even enjoyment. My approach is empathetic, flexible, and rooted in clarity, because every learner deserves to feel supported in their journey.
I also believe that creativity helps unlock learning. Inspired by nature, drumming, and painting, I encourage a balanced, imagination-driven approach to problem solving. To me, maths is not just about numbers - it’s about patterns, logic, and perspective.

Himalaya is a high-achieving third-year student at Monash University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science with a Mathematics major and Physics minor. A graduate of John Monash Science School with an ATAR of 98.00, with Mathematical Methods, Media and Physics as his top subjects - he combines deep subject knowledge with a proven flair for educational content development. With years of experience creating resources for companies, including mock VCE exams, detailed notes and video campaigns, he has extensive expertise in media strategy and resource design. A nationally recognized filmmaker, Himalaya uses visual learning and storytelling to simplify complex concepts, ensuring every session is defined by empathy, clarity, and creativity.

She has successfully homeschooled her daughter, who gained admission into the UNSW Bachelor of Advanced Science (Honours), giving her strong insight into alternative pathways for homeschool students and how to help them succeed beyond traditional schooling.
